Lucy has been an enormous help and support to me throughout. Having to live with a stoma bag is daunting but Lucy has patiently helped me from day one and has always given me valuable advice on the different products available and how to use them. Lucy has helped me with measuring and ordering the correct supplies and she has always been available at short notice to see me as a day patient and deal with all my product fitting issues. She is polite, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. If Lucy says she will call you back she always does so which is very reassuring if you have any fitting or product issues. During my post operative period my stoma has changed in size and I have regained lost weight. Lucy has been a great help in making the necessary product adjustments for me. Thanks to Lucy I now have the correct products and fittings which makes it much easier for me to manage my “input and output” which in turn helps me to make the most of my days.
